Inactive Standards Utility

This utility will update the database to ensure that the following INACTIVE standards (expired 31/12/2013) correctly indicate how they count for UE Literacy where a student achieved them in a prior year -

Level 2 Standards 91098 version 1 and 91099 version 1 – both count toward UE Reading and Writing
Level 3 Standard 90726 versions 1 ,2 and 3 – count towards UE Reading and Writing
Level 3 Standard 90720 versions 1, 2 and 3 – count towards UE Writing

Extract the utility to your CM directory and run it.
