"Edtech offer a range of training and support options designed to develop confidence and expertise in the use of MUSAC Software. Training can be tailored to suit the user’s requirements, ranging from MUSAC Software beginners to those more advanced users. Training sessions are normally carried out at your school, although they can be held at the Edtech offices in Auckland or Hamilton through prior arrangement.
To complement our on-site training services we offer a range of seminar courses for users of MUSAC. Our seminars cater for the various needs of all MUSAC users from beginners through to the more advanced and experienced users."

"Solutions and Services organises and runs courses and seminars. We provide onsite training throughout the year, at or near, your location or in Christchurch. We can also support users with personalised telephone training and now remote assistance using Microsoft Live Meeting.
Live Meeting allows us to simply send a user an emailed invitation with a weblink to click. This allows you to enter a virtual 'Meeting Room' at a pre-arranged appointment time and the trainer will have provided a phone number to call also. The training time is charged in 10 minute blocks, reduces the travel charges for schools and allows us to support more South Island users easily. The trainer will talk you through the simple screen controls to share your desktop. Then both see your applications and data and you can be trained to complete the procedures wanted - much like a dual-control car !"
